30-day guarantee
If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund
Email us at dropadiel@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the next steps. In some cases we may ask you to send the item back; if so, we'll send you the return instructions.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
